Same issue with mine. It's the brembo brake. I had the same issue when I had a Subaru Impreza STi. I think the brake pads will move back when your backing up and cause it to make noise. Going forward is fine.

That's a great deal but that car has been sitting somewhere for a year. I don't think I would take that offer. I bet the tires and rotors might need to have work done to them.
