    Supercharger - Liberty, MO

The concrete workers were out working at the supercharger site tonight. It must be close to opening!

    Supercharger - Liberty, MO

I just stopped by the SC. My charge port wouldn’t open when I clicked the button on the charging handle…. looks like the wait is a little longer for this one.

    Supercharger - Sioux City, IA

Does anyone have an idea of how to push this along with Tesla? I know they have it listed as “Coming soon” for 2019 ( Sioux City, IA | Tesla ), but since there doesn’t seem to be any permit applications on-file; I’m afraid it doesn’t look for this year!

    Supercharger - Sioux City, IA

Decided to email the Sioux City, IA contact today and I got this reply: " Jake: The project has been approved by the city at 4500 Sergeant Rd – no electrical permits have been issued for the project. Thank you" I guess we just need to on the lookout for permits or construction at the Hy-Vee!

    Supercharger - Sioux City, IA

South Sioux City, NE permit guy emailed back to let me know they have not received a Tesla Electrical Permit Application yet. He said to feel free to reach back out to him next month though! Did not confirm nor deny Tesla’s interest in a SC in South Sioux City, NE. I’ll update the thread if I...

    Supercharger - Sioux City, IA

Cool, thanks for the reply! I have emailed both permit offices, one for Sioux City IA and South Sioux City, NE. Hopefully one of them will respond with information about the SC!

    Supercharger - Sioux City, IA

I don’t have any news on this SC but I am excited about it too! Other supercharger construction threads have posted/searched electrical permits available on public record. I tried to search today but I couldn’t find a place on the web to search for these permits in Sioux City. Anyone else have...

Downgrade SR+ and get $2000 back?

No one really has much information on this since Tesla is currently only taking names of SR+ owners that are interested in downgrading. They say they will reach back out to us when the option is available. I would recommend sending them a customer support email saying you are interested in...

Anyone done a drive-by lately to see if Tesla flipped the switch on at this location?

Tesla rolling out new safety features

Well, Tesla’s post said “Today, we are introducing two new safety features...” so I thought perhaps this update included them. Looks like I may have to wait a little longer.

    Supercharger - Olathe, KS

That makes sense given the lead time requirements. Thanks for replying! I suppose v3 really wouldn’t make a difference for my Model 3 SR+ though since I think we are currently capped at around 100kW during supercharging. Hoping they will increase limit that eventually!

Charging help....Getting a Pacifica Hybrid (already have a model s)

What did you end up doing? I have a Pacifica eHybrid and a Model 3 SR+, bought in the opposite order than you you though. Consequently, we have a Juicebox Pro 40 EVSE supplying both vehicles. While you can use the 120v EVSE that comes with the Pacifica, it can be painfully slow. I would also...

Downgrade SR+ and get $2000 back?

Yes, I checked the rear seats in my SR+ and it looks like it has the same wire and harness on the rear seats as other videos of the rear seats on a LR. (Recently posted about it on this forum) I imagine the heating coils are present in the rear seats on the SR+ too, just disabled in software.

    Supercharger - Olathe, KS

Any idea if this will be a V3 Supercharger? With the value on the permit at $125k, I'm not sure if would be a 250kW Supercharger, but it sure would be cool if it was!

My SR+ seems to have rear heated seat hardware

After watching a model 3 teardown showing how easy it was to remove the rear bottom seat; I decided to pop my SR+ rear seat up and see if it had wires connected to it like the Model 3 with PUP interior in the video had. Sure enough, mine seems to have the same wires connected to a harness on...

    Home Link Automatic Garage Opener

Having my HomeLink module installed on 4/23 at the SC. While I was initially disappointed that it didn’t come with my SR+, I’m just happy they decided to offer it after delivery.
