Update for 2019 8.3 never sent for my 2018 Model S

AP with convenience features wasn't activated on my vehicle when I picked it up. I contacted support and they pushed it out but they also pushed out 2019.8.3

MCU is dead, car is bricked, Tesla is being unforgivably terrible

I am a new owner but from what I can tell, the biggest problem I've experience so far is the handoff or handshaking between departments for handling cases or customers.
