Curious if this got resolved? I'm in the same boat - MX (March 2019 build) with firmware 2019.5.17. No NoAP or Dashcam, and seriously wonky AutoSteering - keep having bouts of 'phantom breaking'. It's enough now that I've had to stop using it all together - family is too scared to drive in...
