Okay so Tesla has the warranty to justify higher prices. What does private sell have over third party dealers that may justify the higher price? I am thinking that private sell is more risky and then there’s the logistics issue. What am I over looking?

I bought SR in April and also live in Florida. Range went from 240 to 210 during Hurricane Dorian madness. Poor timing.

I think it an error like you mentioned. If your MVPA said SR+ and you paid for SR+ you should be fine. Now whether or not they will inadvertently downgrade you or not is anyone's guess. I guess a quick call wouldn't hurt? Let me know what the results are though.

I wanted to order the base SR (35k). I got on the phone with a rep and he told me to initiate an order for SR+ online. Once a RN# was generated, he said he would put in a request to downgrade it. I am scheduled to take delivery of it tomorrow. I got black exterior, black interior, and aero wheels.
