I called Tesla yesterday, and was told to call the Delivery team myself. but you're right though, nobody really answers the phone there.... :(

I also didn't complete the insurance part as my sales guy told us not to.....my original delivery date was June 1, 2019. Last week it got pushed back to June 13th, so I called Tesla and was told I actually should complete the insurance part, as in just upload a picture of the tesla logo or icbc...

I think we all have VIN assigned to us. I talked to an online advisor and she said a VIN has been assigned but they just can’t give it out. Let’s just keep our fingers crossed! :)

I've got a delivery date, no VIN either. .. and now...b/c the CEV funding just ran out last night....I wonder if everyone will still take delivery or delay? or is that option even available?

what's more frustrating is that tesla won't reserve funds for customers, leaving us hanging :(
