Adding in our 12.1.2 has recently suffered from this issue. Have tried all forms of resets but will attempt the USB/Dashcam fix to see if that remedies. Do have an SC appointment but it would be a serious bear to drive all the way down for a 15 minute fix that should be available OTA or via...
