    Model S Slid Away...

    In fact the parking brake is better than putting the car simply in park. Brakes will lock both wheels while putting the car in park will only lock transmission, and because of the way differentials work it will start sliding if only one of the wheels loose grip.

    What about the brake shields, do they need to be replaced to when upgrading to the performance discs & calipers? Also do you have a source where I can shop for rotors, jumper harness and shields if needed? Thanks

    Help, One Electrician Wanted To Charge $1500

    I paid $285 to get it installed to the other side of the 2 car garage including the 60Amp circuit breakers. Either I got a killer deal or the $1500 very unrealistic

    This is the only thing I hate about this car, a couple of minor dislikes that can be fixed via software update in the future but I'm having hard time to believe that the brakes are the way they are. I have posted on Tesla forum a few months back to see if anyone else had the same opinion but...
