Unfortunately, the vancouver center is full of these stories. Our return within 7 days are thrown out the window due to the incentive. Lots of take it or leave it stories.

That’s crazy, you placed an order for the future? There’s a check list somewhere. But basically it’s just checking every panel and gap for defect.

Luckily...and unfortunately, my phone was stolen right when I was changing out the SIM card for travel...so they got my latest info, hence the SMS. Just confused about sms asking for scheduling, and there’s no appointment time available 30 min after I received the sms.

Ohhh...but wtf. What was their reasoning on not fixing it? Also, how bad was the alignment issue? If you could see it visually, it would not even be road safe.
