I had a static sound on the passenger side interior. I sent the service request on the app around noon and the Tesla service tech was fixing the problem in my garage a few hours later. The speaker was grounding out to the car causing the static. He fixed the problem within about 15 minutes.

Yes, on the Tesla App I picked a date and time. It showed time slots for 5/30 and 5/31. I picked a morning slot on 5/31.

I started off with a two week window, then a 1 week window, then VIN, then delivery date. I was shocked at how quickly it progressed. I will see if the 5/31 date holds up.
