    To the OP, had a very similar charging issue when I took my new Model 3 home. Kept thinking was it my connection, sockets...wirings...finally took my “brand new” charging cable with adaptors back to the SC, within 10 minutes they swapped me out with new adaptors and cables...and worked perfectly...
