I just replaced both of mine at 51K miles. It was $198 out the door at Tesla and done in less than 2 hrs. Car drives quiet and I feel like it handles better.

I just got it in California and it fixed the voice command feature. So I agree with the consensus of this fixing bugs.

No for me, the car is not so new once the plates come in. Since I only drove it for one week before giving it to the service center for the other three, I still want that new car feeling.

After 3 weeks finally got my car back. Replaced the main car computer and GPS antenna. My license plates just came in but I’m gonna leave them off a little while longer to get some mileage on the paper ones.....

Holy crap!!! What was wrong with yours that they had to keep it for 6weeks!! Did they do anything for you for your troubles?

True I’m driving a model S but they have it locked in “chill” mode and the auto pilot is disabled. I know first world problems but man I really want my car back!

Well...... just received a call today from the BP SC and they now have to replace the main computer..... I told them this when I dropped it off. This is the frustrating part. Now I'm pissed! Made my first car payment today and the SC has had it longer than I!!! I know, it needs to be fixed...

Do they have this in inventory or do you have to wait again??

Unfortunately, it's a hardware issue. I've tried both reset methods plus each time the car would try to update the software, it would fail......

Man what an ordeal!! My car wouldn't even update the software when it would come over the air or via WiFi. When I dropped it off, I demanded a rental car and they gave me a Model S that I've had since June 30th...... My latest is that I will have yet another update on Tuesday......

Unfortunately I got a call on Friday saying engineering is having the BP SC try some things so they can see the impact to the logs and my next update will be Tuesday afternoon..... I'm getting pretty frustrated as my first car payment is due and I've had the car a whole 14 days of which half...

So my brand new, June 2019 build M3, HW 3.0 had to go into service because the navigation system froze at a supercharger location and the rear camera stopped working. I made an appointment at the Buena Park service center for Sunday, June 30th. My car is still being evaluated by engineering...

I replaced all my lights with the Abstract Ocean replacements including the cool "T" for my front doors and "3" for my rear. All were very easy to do except the footwells........ I'm still monkeying with those........

All I did was email my delivery adviser and remind her that I ordered my car before the Homelink deadline and she emailed me back the next day saying it was added to my account. Keep in mind that the install of the Homelink hardware takes the better part of a day at a service center...... not...

I just want to give an update that I asked my advisor about Homelink for my car since I ordered on Memorial Day and they are installing it for free today! Otherwise I freaking LOVE this car!!

I took delivery last Tuesday...... I'm only coming back to check up on @jvmoore1 delivery issue. Praying for you brother!

My experience was pretty good. I watched pretty much every YouTube video on the Model 3 but I made my advisor go over everything anyways. I only had one gap issue with the trunk which they fixed on the spot.

Make sure they send you your MVPA quickly so you can get that to your bank for your loan. That's what held me up from getting my car yesterday.

I finally got my car!! That was the longest 3 weeks of my life... (first world problem I know....) I even met one of our forum members at the delivery center picking up his car as well. The drive home was awesome! I used autopilot half way home after the cameras calibrated. Good luck to...

I’m bummed out! My car was ready but my bank sent my proof of funding AFTER the dealer closed......I was so close!! Now I have to wait til tomorrow to get my car..... If anyone is picking up from Costa Mesa, CA tomorrow around 11am, see you there!

Just chatted with Tesla support and my VIN 337xxx rolled off the line today with HW3 and is enroute to SoCal this weekend. My delivery date is Monday.
