    Thanks for your help mate. Manage to find the following link on Tesla with the manual for the older wall charger (gen 1 or v1): https://www.tesla.com/sites/default/files/blog_attachments/ms_hpwc_installation_guide.pdf I've passed the info to my electrician, think he'll know what to do next.     That's the charger I've got. Think it might be an older version? Not sure if it's missing just the metal bracket or both plastic spacer and metal bracket. Sorry still a Tesla newbie.
