    Painted Brake Calipers Collection

Yeah, G2. I jacked up one side of the car enough to remove both front and rear wheels. Did those two calipers, 20 min between coats, waited 2 hours after last coat, then put the wheels back on, jacked up the other side and did those calipers. The paint was mixed for around 4-5 hours during usage...

    Painted Brake Calipers Collection

Thanks! No experience. It wasn’t bad other than the time it took due to me only being able to lift one side of the car at a time and the two hours you’re supposed to wait for it to dry before putting the wheels back on. That made it about an 8 hour project plus 24 hours for the paint to cure...

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

Not much mileage on them yet, will update later on. So far so good, though hard to differentiate what comes from the tires vs the significant wheel and tire size change coming from 18s on this P3D-. They certainly seem stickier than the stock Michelin’s but there’s a hell of a lot more rubber on...

This is a 2019 Model 3 Standard Range Plus in black, with white interior, 18” wheels with aero covers, and Full Self Driving. I took delivery on June 30 and am now selling because I decided I want a Performance. I am asking $43,500. The vehicle is in Orlando. Other notes: -Suntek ceramic tint...

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

If my stock wheels are 8.5” wide and 40et, would it actually be pushed out an additional 40mm (1.5” plus 2mm)?

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

I spoke to someone at Element and he said they would stick way out on the rear. I’m surprised since it’s just a 2mm difference from the usual 40et with 20x10s.

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

Hey everyone, I’m looking at the following set-up for my SR+. From my research it seems like this should work, however the Element Wheels website says these wheels will NOT fit Model 3. Thoughts? Front: 20x8.5, 35et, 5x114.3, 245/35 Rear: 20x10, 38et, 5x114.3, 285/30 The only thing I can...

Need Approximately 55 Ft Of Cord

Here’s a diagram. The reason for the Tesla being far back from the garage is to leave room for the car in the garage to get in and out. Yes it would be backed in.

Where does it say on their website that you can join by supporting that group? I just see about certain employers and family members.

Need Approximately 55 Ft Of Cord

Thanks a lot for the replies. Yes parking it in the garage would be ideal, but the other vehicles are much more valuable as Earl suggested. My HOA might have an issue with an outside charger. It would need approval certainly. I also like the flexibility of an indoor charger since it’s...

Need Approximately 55 Ft Of Cord

Hi, soon-to-be new Model 3 owner here. The car will have to be parked in the driveway as two other vehicles will be taking up the garage. I’ll need a good 55 ft of cord to make it from the 14-50 outlet I’m going to have installed next to the breaker box to the charging port (that’s with the car...
