Well, not quite. Circuits 1, 2, and 5 appear to be working. I just tried all 4 on circuits 3 and 4, and they are not charging. I'm currently charging on 2B and pulling 71 kW.

Thanks, was going to check for actual power when I got over there this afternoon. Sounds like it's still Monday for them to finish up and turn them on. Doesn't mean I won't give another try on the plugs later today!

Seems to me that if there's going to be a partial power outage at Villages, Dominion is going to have to notify everyone in advance. I might ask around a little today and see if any of the store managers are aware yet. As of right now, no additional work done - no meter or anything else.

As a local who parks in that garage a lot, there shouldn't be too much of a problem with ICEing of the spots, unless someone is really trying to be malicious. That garage doesn't get heavy use - theater-goers park elsewhere, and Wegmans is at the other end of the shopping center. Especially not...
