    Some internet searching has turned up others having the same issue at other chargers. So far, the common thread seems to be that they are all version A of the adapter and Tesla replaces it with version B.

    Nothing. I do not expect anything from either Tesla or Volta at this point. I'll just wait on whatever class action lawsuit pops up and join those. :(
