    New 2020 software at delivery

    Check you're sharing your data with Tesla and have signed up to the early firmware releases. This might prompt an upgrade in a day or two. Also, strong wifi signal helps, of course.

    Model S Windshield is extra fragile

    I've had a Model S for 10 months, no cracks. After about a month it took a real whack from a stone kicked up by a lorry. I was convinced it would be damaged, but no mark left. I'd agree with rsg123.
