Don't know exactly what is going on, but according to the city - The 4811 S Rose (23-912) has been rejected by building and fire, but is still being reviewed by electric and planning. The contractor is Baker Electric.

According to the company filing the permit and managing the project, it is actually 22 charging stalls. Just taking a long time for the city to process the permits. Expected competition in 4th quarter of this year.

Just checked with Simi Valley Building and Safety. The installation just had the rough in inspection, waiting for final, Indicated 3 SC Cabinets with 12 Charging Pedestals.

wildguess, Thanks for keeping us updated on the progress (or such). The site plan shows two single port and one dual port Chargepoints. Your photos show the three chargers which should hook up four J1772 vehicles. We will just have to keep our fingers crossed for the transformer...

Update July 21st. Six of the superchargers have been mounted,, so some progress is being made.

The plans show 12 V3 with the future for 4 more V3. The extra pedestals may be for the ChargePoint installation?

From the plans and permit, it looks to be 12 V3 Superchargers with a future for 4 more. In addition, the permit / plans show one dual port and two single port Chargepoint level 2s.

The word from Tesla is that the chargers will not be activated on Tuesday the 16th, but possibly later in the week.
