That is a good price, it is cheaper than what they were quoting before the spec change.

Have you looked into decommissioned or locally run airfields in the area. There are loads of old RAF airfields that have been taken over. Usually they are over 2400m in length and ideal for what your after.

A quick search on Google says that you will probably be in breach of the car parks terms and conditions. There have been a few cases where people have been issued a parking ticket.
