Same with me. I got the car in July and I've received at least one update over LTE, but v10 wasn't coming through. It did say an update was available so I'm not sure what's going on. Someone might have to tweet Elon.

My M3P- was initially delivered as a regular LR AWD and they pushed an over the air update to give me the performance software, but it didn’t get the proper performance badging. That’s been fixed now after a service visit earlier this week. I attached the before pic and the after pics.

Seems like my over the air update went through while I was at work. Racing home now to see the difference. I also scheduled a service to get the red badging installed, I’ll report back with what they say when they confirm.

Thankfully I live in the city (Chicago) and there’s a service center like 5 minutes away. Do I have the option to just show up there or is it all done through the app?
