eMMC recall reimbursement
I had the eMMC replaced in november 2019 on a Tesla Model S 2014. When I clicked on the link in the mail it just said that I was ineligible for refund and there were no documents nor invoice mentioned allthough I have an invoice. Wiki Sudden Loss Of Range With 2019.16.x Software
I currently have the same problem and they said it was normal and that the OTA update recalculates a correct range. My range dropped from 378 to 330 whicj is almost 50 km and unacceptable in some weeks- verheyleweghen
