There is actually a trash container by the stairs, so I don't see any reason for people to really litter at this location. Hopefully it was just one bad apple this time around.

Walked by this morning after the gym, looks like people already left their trash (drink cups) on the railing from overnight. I went ahead and cleaned it up, but hopefully this is not a common occurrence at this location.

The permit website looks like they are doing final checks on the electrical part over last few days and correcting if needed. Starting on 9/20 up until today.

Looks like some inspections have taken place already according to the permit site. I looked around today in the retail parking structure and didn't see much. Only thing that stood out was 11 spots on the 3rd floor were coned off by LBA Realty, but I don't think that means much right now.

It would be interesting to see where it is exactly. I go here a lot as I live nearby and go to the LA Fitness in the plaza. The main retail parking garage is pretty small as it is ever since it was cut in half to split retail shoppers/office workers in the area. The first floor has about a dozen...
