FedEx says that Tesla has to make the appeal for the lost package. I've emailed Tesla, so we'll see what happens. Pretty bummed right now. Not so much because I've likely lost $160, but more because I was really excited about the fob. I'll give it a week or so and order another.

Update - Tesla says it was delivered (never received the promised shipping confirmation or tracking number) so I called FedEx who says there were "too many barcodes" on it so it wasn't delivered, but now they can't find it. So.... Somewhere floating around is a keyfob for my car. Yeah, I'm not...

Ordered mine on the 8th (said "in stock"), nothing but the sound of crickets ever since. So... I don't think the in/out of stock thing really means much.

Charged to 100% last night and car stated range was 233 this morning. The greater issue is the ACTUAL range, which is far less than stated!

I'm with Boomer! 28.3.1 dramatically worsened my SR+ AP behavior, in exactly the ways described. Personally I can't wait for the next update, because for now at least I feel it's unsafe to use autopilot in any situation where other vehicles are present.
