I took my car in for this issue; was advised it’s a known issue; no fix at the moment, possibly addressed with future update.

After updating, unplug & plug your usb drive. This worked for me.

I took my car in for this issue; SC acknowledged that this is a known issue and there’s no fix at this time (apparently this has been an issue for some time). Totally unacceptable in my view.

Took it to SC on 2 occasions - last time, they took the door panel apart & said they couldn’t find the source. However I haven’t heard it since then. To be exact, I believe the rattle was coming from the emergency door latch.

I had that same noise - it’s coming from the driver side door controls.

Seeing people report that they have 0 issues with their Model 3’s I wonder if anyone else here has the rear seats ac vents issue (air comes out warmer than front vents)? SC report states it’s a known issue, with no fix at this time. Wondering if this is widespread across all Model 3’s?
