Evanex.com has one that uses the new automotive adhesive. I have used it. if you have to remove it, you can saw it off with dental floss. -

I wish I had read this a week earlier. I had a similar low speed front end collision with my Tesla 3 in Dallas two months ago. I didn't call the Tesla shop in Dallas because they had not been able to repair a previous scrape. They weren't setup for paint work. They may have more capability now...
