i got it from a company thats out of business now, but you can hit up a bunch of companies such as taw_customs, dctms, carismo, rpm, AY customs. They all pretty much outsource the production of these CF steering wheels to an overseas factory that builds these and drop ships it to u.

of course they paid for it. theres no way i would pay for a paint job on a brand new car lol. im guessing in the range of $3k? rough guestimate.
