Any webaccess to Tesla controls?
There's an unofficial Tesla API that can do what you want. In fact, it can do anything your phone app can. You just have to be able to code. I wrote something to remind me to charge my car.- hyperlink

How long does it take to get Homelink?
It took a week to be delivered to the service center after I ordered it. I only found out because I e-mailed them since they never sent a shipping confirmation e-mail. Then it took a couple of weeks for the service center appointment.
