Camera, Navigation and AP Failure After Update

Just sharing my experience with my 2019 M3. Got the upgrade to 2023.44.30.2 this week and then was running errands today when the GPS froze, single tap turn signals stopped working, cameras went black, FSD preview display stopped showing anything, and mirrors wouldn't dim. After my next stop I...

Hankook new iON tire, an "EV" tire (not the same as Kinergy GT)

I've got 52k miles on the stock MXM4s on my 2019 M3, and I'm shopping between the Ion Evo AS and the DWS06+. I don't drive fast, I don't need performance or A+ handling. Most days I drive like a granny 😄 My priorities are an all-season with efficiency at least as good as the MXM4s, and good...

Reduced Range - Tesla Issued a Service Bulletin for possible fix

I've read in other threads that the SOC/range counter periodically should be "recalibrated" by bringing SOC low (< 10%) and charging to full. And full means, let it keep charging until it stops. I've seen screenshots of charging graphs where SOC hits 100% but keeps charging for a long time while...

    Scan My Tesla (OBDII) Install

I just got my OBLink MX hooked up tonight and plan to log a couple hours of driving tomorrow. I want to capture to CSV, ultimately to augment the data I'm collecting from the API, but I really don't need the insane refresh rate for some of these metrics. I was hoping I could configure a max log...

How to recreate in-car consumption chart using data from API?

I'm working on integrating my Model 3 into my homebrew home monitoring/automation system and would also like the Wh/mi calculation. Did you ever come up with a good way to do it?

    "Potential Collision Detected..."

We just picked up our Model 3 SR on Wednesday. Driving it home through windy, narrow, country roads with tall berms on either side, we were getting red sonar lines on the display for long periods of time, and several times had the potential collision avoided, emergency steering message appeared...

    Model 3: steering by wire?

So, now that the Model 3 is out, what is the verdict? Does it have steer by wire, or still have a mechanical linkage to the steering wheel? I'm not a current owner otherwise I'd look at it myself. But I'm considering buying one. Thanks!
