My SR+ made in August 2019 (delivered 8/30/19) is on 2019.32.12.2 since 10/14/19. The car got HomeLink 9/09/19 (home install by Tesla service!). However, my iPhone app is 3.10.1 but my HomeLink function still hasn't been added to my "Controls" function. That is frustrating.
