Many thanks, Mlauto. You're right, new rear brake pads (and rotors, and a brake flush) all happened 2 months ago, all done by Tesla at my annual maintenance.

Just got towed, and yes, it was put in neutral to get it on the flat bed. On further inspection, it looks like my rear passenger brake assembly has gotten loose and the wheels lock up to prevent more damage.
