    Nearly brand new 90 kWh Non-Ludicrous battery pack, v3 - LIMITED TIME

    I received a similar email from Tesla. My window sticker has the Ludicrous Upgrade but the original owner said he elected not to purchase. I'm guessing my P90D is just software to activate it and I would definitely pay to have it activated.
