Does the charging loss vary if you're using Level 1 or Level 2 chargers? I'm using a trial of TeslaFi and it reports 80% efficiency in charging, but I'm only using a Level 1 charger at home.

I hear you. A few days just before we returned my wife's i3, someone parked right beside us and swung her door open hitting the fender. I was inside the car and the thud it made was pretty strong. Inspected the fender and not a mark on it.

Went to the local BMW dealership to look at the X5 45e and unfortunately, all of their 45e's were on stop hold from BMW as some of the batteries didn't charge fully to spec. With that, I still test drove a 40i, it was massive and is IMO more luxurious than the Y, given there is a $20-25k price...
