I placed a service request this morning for this issue. My SA won't respond and the other SAs at my local Tesla tell me she is the only one that can solve the mistake.
Well I found out today that my record was showing I received two free deviations (which I received none). That is why the 2 years free supercharging wasn't showing up. Hopefully my SA can solve the problem.
I just sent my SA a message this morning to confirm. After speaking with tesla via chat, they are not seeing it show up on the account and also that it can only be added by the SA.
I purchased an sr+ from the lot that I had downgraded to an sr (it's my work car). I would've left it as an sr+ if necessary to qualify for the supercharging.
I'm wondering if they are adding the 2 years based on the package you purchased. I purchased a sr and since it's the lowest cost, i wonder if mine will be added last.
