    There is a "tick box" that lease providers have to enable on their Tesla portal to enable the option for client upgrades/subs in the app (so I was told by Leaseplan). Maybe your provider has had a hiccup?

    I had this with Leaseplan. It wasn't at the Tesla end, it was on the Leasplan system. They sorted it easily enough by tick a coulple of boxes on their system to allow customers to purchase upgrades. As soon as that happened it appeared in the app.

    If It helps: Ive just bought insurance on a multi-car policy for an M3 SR+ & a Rav4 with LV £441 and £190 respectively. Rural Shropshire and over 50. My current insurer, Quote Me Happy (not) wouldn't even touch the Tesla. Happy to insure a Golf R though - go figure!
