Thank you so much! This worked. I didn’t see the chat feature, instead I clicked “Request Help” after logging in. I submitted a request kindly asking them to push v10 to my car and provided the last 6 of my VIN. Sent the message around 2pm. Got home around 5pm and BOOM there it was: “downloading...
