Keep an air pump in the car. it's likely that you could pump up the tire and drive to a tire shop/service center nearby. If the tire damage is bad, for example the car ran flat for some distance, a regular portable pump may not help.

The Tesla service center took it as a warranty issue. So I didn't pay money for the repair. They inspected the crack and didn't see any impact. It's a happy ending.
