This happened to me too. Said iIneeded to update wifi to use navi wtf... so i did soft reset... lost all my profile/homellink etc.. Surprisenly it allowed me to use navigation though...myy lifetime tracker!!

I got huge phantom drain one day after supercharging overnight and then rest of days not big %. It was like 20miles /6-7 drain in 50+ covered garage. Anyhow what I believe is it was overestimated or calibrating the battery.

Did you get a loaner? I put in request and scheduled a appointment with mobile tech. Then my mobile tech messaged saying I should take it to a SC myself and then rescheduled me to next week mobile.... Can't message him anymore so guess I'll wait for next week... Really don't wanna deal with the...

Call tesla road service again and tow to service center. Then ask for a loaner or uber credits from them since its under their care now.

It maybe due to the colder weather, but are you guys still getting 70-72+ kw charges? I preheat battery and SOC is below 50% yet it starts off at like 68-70 max and tapers off to 55 fast. When SC first open I would always get 70+ until 80%

Thanks! So would have to talk to a worker or the automated machine would work? I live really close by and SC 1-2 weekly. Adding a $1.50 fee every time I SC would add up to unnecessary cost with the increased SC cost.
