    Seatbelt 'burn-in' on white seats?

It does look like that, you’re right. That’s what I thought it was initially, but unfortunately it’s part of the material and doesn’t come off. Lost my arb case with Tesla bc I waited too long to report it. Bummer but valuable lesson learned.

    Seatbelt 'burn-in' on white seats?

I’m just going to live with it. No one notices it but me. I still disagree with the decision. If there’s a class action, I’ll be in it with y’all : ) Thanks for the feedback!

    Seatbelt 'burn-in' on white seats?

Such crap! Sorry you’re getting the run around. Your issue is clearly a Tesla defect. It’s obvious. I heard back and my arb case was denied. What a pain! I felt like it was going to be in my favor. But then again, I never thought it would have been an issue in the first place and that it...

Possible Class Action Suit - Please Read

Hi and what's the latest on your situation? Did you ever get resolution? I am having interior warranty issues. There's a discolored mark on my driver's seat that is clearly part of the material (squiggly line that goes from seam to seam, center bottom driver's seat). It's completely smooth to...

    Seatbelt 'burn-in' on white seats?

Right on. This is super helpful to me. Just sent an email to the resolution dept with Tesla. Good luck. Really sorry again that you have multiple issues. Absolutely not ok that you’re getting such a runaround. Yep, that line. It’s squiggly but fairly uniform. I thought maybe it was under the...

    Seatbelt 'burn-in' on white seats?

I hear you. What a pain and hassle. It should not be this hard getting the help you need. I think I’ll be heading down your route, too. It’s just not right and seems like they are so quick, almost automatic, in their response that something is not covered under warranty. I commend you and will...

    Seatbelt 'burn-in' on white seats?

Sorry this is happening to you. I feel your frustration. I am having an issue with my driver’s seat interior. Your situation clearly looks like a warranty issue. The shape of it can’t be explained by an outside substance. My interior problem goes from seam to seam. It’s smooth to the touch...
