I was having the same problem with the update of the prior version. After several unsuccessful attempts from my phone I tried a few attempts from the vehicle itself without success. I resolved the problem by doing a hard reboot.- BernieB33

I had a similar problem try to do the update on my iPhone. After several unsuccessful attempts I when to my car and tried a couple unsuccessful there also. I finally got it working after a hard reboot.- BernieB33
