Forgot to post but got my M3P and already got it tinted. Car didn't have any issues and panel gaps weren't large enough to warrant a rejection in my opinion. Ordered 08/26, Tesla Agreement + VIN on 08/31, Delivery on 09/02.

And update. Went to the service center and found my car by VIN on the lot. Went to the front desk and they scheduled me next day delivery. Got home, signed agreement. Can't wait for tomorrow at 11. This is my second Tesla (previously had Model S Performance) but the hype is still real.

Ordered 8/26, got Vision agreement today and a VIN. Delivery window says between today and September 3. Pretty fast turnaround time.

General question, does it make sense to wait to get a Model S brand new now or just to wait until the refresh, whenever it happens?

I've got to experience an overnight in Model S several times and recently their request for the overnights is to bring the car back before they open the next day so instead of 24 hours, you get maybe 12-13? Not complaining since it's all free but still interesting that they are running low on...
