Can confirm that the Chademo still works after the upgrade. I considered this upgrade to be almost a no brainer. Faster than Chademo, adapter fits in glove box, very convenient.

Maybe you're talking about your own situation? Some live in a unit with no off street parking or charging option and if you're paying for electricity, even off peak rates, then it isn't the cheapest when free charging is available.

I think this is right, that the charge rate is controlled by the BMS, not controlled by the charger. ScanMyTesla reports a maximum charge rate that depends on temperature and SOC. My guess is that Tesla have changed the software.

Have you set your wheels to 19's in the MCU? I believe it will generate an error if the wrong wheel size is set. I had this when I set my wheels as 19" when I still had 21's on the car.
