What is the hardware change that would give you the mileage?

From what I have heard, the November 2019 Ravens don't benefit from the mileage increase. Like you, I have a Nov '19 build and I am awaiting the software update. And, like you, my 90% is now at 320 miles. That seems to be par for the course.

When you picked up your Model S, you should have been give a copy of the "Window Sticker." That has your date of manufacture noted on it. For example, mine with a last 3 digits of 464 was manufactured on November 11, 2019.
