    M3 with 18" stock tires at 12k miles, rear 3mm, front 6mm. Should I replace all 4?

    I'm a very conservative driver and a bit surprised by tires wearing out so soon. Should I replace all 4 or can I just replace the rears? Also, any recommendations for the replacement tire? I'm in SF bay area and looking for all season tires with good treadwear, low noise etc. Car is mostly used...
