Nope. Ordered in November, I had a vin, I wired cash, had a delivery time for 12/31 that was cancelled a few hours before. I went to talk the sales team and they seemed to sound like a lot of people where promised cars in 2019 and tesla did not deliver.

They cancelled my delivery at 1pm today for an sr+. I wired money, had a vin for 5 days. I feel duped. Carlsbad got the shaft. From the sounds of it happened to alot of people down here. I ordered in November to be assured a delivery by 12/31.

There are probably thousands of cars that Tesla promised to deliver by year end, and they failed. People were told, "if you order now, we guarantee delivery by 12/31". Tesla will quietly settle or the class action guys will be all over it... They have settled these in the past, they will settle...

Keep telling them to make it right, until you are happy.

Wait, any remedies from Tesla will come in Jan so they can define what the cost is... it’s a negotiation now, if you have your order still, you have leverage. They can say tough luck, but then it will be a pr nightmare which they want to avoid...

Yes it is. Mine got cancelled today. I was told I was guarantee delivery in the last two weeks of the month. The sales manager told me he is confident they will do something to make it right, but they screwed over and lied to alot of new owners. Great way to start a relationship. Lets see how...

I I got a text on 22nd the car was leaving the factory on the 26. i've had a vin the last 5-6 days. I got a text last night my 10am appointment was move to 6 due to trucking issues. I got a call just now, the truck won't make it.

Just got the call that my car won't make this year. Tesla is full of lies.... Ordered in November, delivery got pushed 3 times. I moved vacations, I took days off, I sold cars expecting delivery. What a way to treat your customers.

I left Encinitas, North San Diego, at 2am. Took 101 up to Sacramento in 10 hours. On the bright side I saw 20-30 trucks with Teslas either parked or heading south. Mine was on one of them. Pick it up Tuesday.

I'm in the same boat. Got a text yesterday to pickup the car on the dates I'm not in town despite telling them the dates twice. On top of that they may move the dates forwards or backwards.... So you need to hang around and wait on them

The dates I got to pick it up are right in the middle of our trip. I gave my sales person those dates and told them we'd be out of town, and I replied to tesla with the dates I could not take the car... So it sounds like to me tesla is going to make me cancel a trip to work around there schedule.

Got a text saying my car is leaving the factory on 12/26.... I'm leaving town on 12/27....I will probably see my car heading south on i5 as I drive north somewhere around Kettleman City....

I ordered a SR+ on 11/24, grey with black interior from Carlsbad and still haven't heard a peep from them besides the standard stuff everyone else has heard. Tesla sure knows how to treat the customers in their home state well...
