People have a right to complain about their delivery experience, especially considering the amount they are spending. This is a forum / thread for exactly that kind of thing. Why don't you just let them vent off some steam as they wait for their delivery confirmation without being judgmental...

I live close to the Fremont DC - so the process for us might be different (they might be doing home deliveries for people close to the DC to get through the backlog).
