So how do we know by the VIN what year our M3P is? I thought everything being built now was 2020. Is there a way to tell by VIN the month or week car was built?

Just got my VIN from my reservation I placed Friday. How do you tell if it was preproduction or newly built? Want to make sure it is a 2020.

I got same exact text as you received. But I did not do a second reservation. I just confirmed appointment and finished all my steps. I was not even going to anticipate delivery till February so I had only completed reservation and did not complete any other steps till this morning
