I have the same problem. I think it’s because the seat is low and when we sit, our knees are above our hips, which puts pressure on the nerve. I raised the seat as much as possible, but it’s not nearly enough to help. I haven’t found a solution yet either. Still hopeful, maybe some kind of cushion.

I also slid the hanger into the bracket and heard it click, without mounting it and before reading this thread. I tried to loosen the tabs by inserting a screwdriver through the two open slits, but no luck. Maybe a longer and slimmer and more rigid screwdriver is needed? I managed to get the...
