I posted about my replacement 85D 2016 battery last month here in the UK. By way of update, they fitted a recon unit. The car was returned, and the next day it shut down with a suspected high voltage isolation issue. It’s been back with Tesla now for five weeks with no diagnosis in sight...- DDUK

The 85D went in yesterday and it’s getting a battery swap. Will confirm what battery I’m given. Loaner was a new S Class - very nice!- DDUK

Maximum battery charge level reduced
I got the ‘Max bat charge level reduced’ message while driving today and it’s charged to 80miles. I have a 2016 85D with 110k miles. currently being diagnosed remotely. I’m on firmware 2019.40.2.3. I’ll post updates- DDUK
