PW2+has 2 parts. Top rectangular box is an all-in-one enclosure for Gateway and the Tesla Inverter that shares the same (larger) mounting bracket with the 2nd part - the Powerwall module. I believe that the Gateway, Inverter and Powerwall is probably the same as standalone componets.

If they removed it from the parts catalog, it will not be made. They probably used it either because they are running out of refurb as they needed to concentrate on new cell development or they were doing some test to see how this turns out. Looks like those new refurb are pretty good too.

Just put 245s on Staggered Wheels - 8.5" Wheel (Front) and 9" Wheel (Rear) without any issues nor does it look out of place. :) TY everyone!

You have a picture of your Battery sticker? Does it have Part# 1014116-00-A? If so, I think you might be the 2nd person that got this new pack that I got as discussed here in this thread: New 85kWH battery for my 2013 P85+ I too got 289 miles out of it! :)

guess what? Someone found this on FB group and it is looking like what you are saying. My 100% rated range of 289 miles is close to the 285 miles range in the model s standard range shown in their trip range calculator!

89092 miles when it gave me the all important “Maximum Battery Charge Level Reduced” error and limited my battery to ~45%. I then drove about 200 miles before it gets replaced at the SC’s first available appointment.

Probably no difference between your message and mine! In the meantime, enjoy the reduced range and don't go to close to 0mi / 0% as it might progressively get worst. Good luck and hope you get a new battery as well. Please report back! :)

Charging at home is still not finished yet. One thing that’s interesting that I just noticed is that at close to 100% I am still getting 14A into the battery. Normally this will fall to about 1A in this late stage of charging.

Fell asleep but just woke up and arrived with 6% left at 5am in the morning at 25 degrees F with a semi cold battery (had drove 13 mi to warm it up but unfortunately that wasn’t enough. Sorry for the missed opportunity. Also unsure if it is the problem with the supercharger not getting more...

Thanks for your offer but I'm in NY. How do you get the voltage from the OBDII cable? I do have access to a generic cable and the Ross-Tech VAG-COM cable that's used for VW Group cars.

There's no actual date stamp that I can see but the battery Serial number showing T19 should indicate that it is made in 2019 - at least that's what my logic is telling me.

I think the old 40kwh-locked & 60kwh are 350V only.

The old packs have part# 1014114-00-A / B / C /D ... this one I have is 1014116-00-A. different packs. But I have not yet supercharged yet so I hope it doesn't have the 100kWh supercharging limit of the old pack

I would like to believe so too. I am happy with the range now. will tell if the supercharging performance as well as the 0-60 time is as good . That's why I don't want to jump into conclusion saying this is a "lesser pack" when it might have been a much better pack. :)

I believe you might be right again about the return of standard range! (just checked Tesla' - it hasn't return yet. Let's give it a week or 2!)
