R&T doesn't use a secondary spring so their bump stop is a hard stop. I would hop on the phone with an Ohlins engineer if you think you have done the installation, measurements, and adjustments correctly.

As close to stock height as possible if you are worried about ground clearance. Alternatively, you can lower until you make contact than raise it a few mm.

Went from an ET35 wheel to ET29 and lost about 7% range, but it may be due to more of the spoke design than the offset.

Do you know how to do a zip-tie test for compression travel?

TEIN is a great option at a much lower entry price.

Are the tires really coming off the ground or just felt like they are? Check to make sure the rear isn't riding or bottoming on the bumpstops.

you have some miles on a very heavy vehicle. Bushing/joing wear and tear so you are looking pretty good. ~-1 of camber and some toe-in look perfectly fine. Toe out will wear your tires faster than the slight camber you have. -1.5 of front camber and zero toe on my M3P and tires are wear evenly.

TEIN Flex Z is excellent bang for your money. It's ride quality is anything but budget, it's better than any other budget coilovers under $2K.

You are good on R&T to go 30% in either direction with spring rates. Keep it at 20% if you are concerned, but it has not been an issue on many other platforms.

Helpers will solve the less critical half of the issue. The beehive style like OEM and lowering springs are far less susceptible to bowing.

Perhaps you can see how much articulation is needed to get the spring to line up correctly in this photo.

Just good to know it's there when you need it. The way the rear suspension articulates the springs are getting bowed when the lower arms are away from static height in either direction. It will be interesting to examine various rear height adjustable spring setups to see how many are going...
